Many Ghanaians reposed high confidence in the Akufo-Addo-led government to deliver on their many promises. But assessing the performance of the N.P.P led administration in the first 100days ,Mr. Frank Owusu Kojo Asiamah popularly known as FOKA An Akosombo-based Journalist thinks things are falling apart under Prez Nana Addo’s government,
According to Foka the out-spoken Broadcast Journalist who criticized the previous Mahama-led administration very well, he said Dumsor was one of the major challenge facing Ghanaians and that is why most people voted NDC out but Dumsor is still in existence and is even worst in Eastern region, Asuogyaman district to be precise, where we have the Dam ,the light goes off more than 5times a day .
Mr.Asiamah added this week will be one hell of a week for the internal security teams (or if you like, vigilante groups) of the NPP because they acted in a manner that was ‘novel’ in the political history of Ghana which is ‘storming the courts’.
The operations of such groups cannot be over emphasized but they must be managed. I will at this juncture, unreservedly condemn the storming of the courts by these men whom I describe as brave men, that is only their excess. When the police and other security apparatus were not there for the NPP, these young fearless lads kept their lives on the line for the NPP. And the ‘big-men’ must teach them how to respect the laws of the land yet, enjoy some level of freedom.
If we had people who cared for majority of the grassroot, we wouldn’t have been where were as a people.
Speaking to “The BlackMedia TV” in Tema, the versatile Journalist said ,”There are millions of persons like me who are tired of hearing our leaders, rather than remain silent on descriptions being given to Invincible Forces, channel their energies in pushing for the empowerment of our own vigilante groups. Some things are meant for the media and CSO’s to comment not political parties.I will also charge thIS stakeholder to put this group to order.
Minister in charge of Defence, Minister in charge of Interior, Minister in charge of National Security, Deputy Minister in charge of Defence, Deputy Minister in charge of Interior
Deputy Minister in charge of National Security, National Security Advisor to the President National Security Coordinator ,Director of Bureau of National Investigation (BNI)Inspector General of Police (IGP)Director of Criminal Investigations Department (CID)
Finally, Foka said ,even though is too early to Judge this Government ,he will like to plead with Mr. President to step up his game before things fall apart ,because Ghanaians have confidence in him that’s why they voted for him.
